Created in collaboration with Studio 4NULL4, this 24×36” framed tribute print reimagines breed heritage through the lens of modernist design and archival memory. Designed for the historically minded and visually uncompromising Doberman admirer, it brings reverence—not sentimentality—to the wall.
At its center: a halftone-rendered Doberman in commanding red-orange tones. Behind it, a ghosted silhouette of Apolda, Germany, the birthplace of the breed. Below are two dates: 11 September 1999 and 18. December 2019, which mark the unveiling and re-unveiling of the Dobermann Memorial. A subtle paper-texture overlay evokes the feel of a rediscovered document, filed and folded, then brought back to light.
Printed on thick matte archival paper and housed in a .75” matte black Ayous wood frame sourced from renewable forests, this piece is both lightweight and gallery-worthy. The crystal-clear Acrylite front protector ensures durability without compromising elegance.
